Should I take a pregnancy test?
If I had the money to take one I would have already to ease my mind, but I don't have the money and my boyfriend is under alot of stress so I don't want to ask him for one unless its Absolutely necessary. A couple weeks ago I was pretty sick for a week. I'd wake up in the morning with a really bad headache and Id vomit all morning and I would gradually feel better through out the day but then experience the same thing the next day. This week I am so tired and find myself taking really long naps everyday. I also have alot of acid reflux. Which isn't normal for me. Ive had the Mirana for over 2 years now. Does this sound like pregnancy or something else?

Short, sharp heart pains when swallowing food, drink or when burping?
Whenever I swallowing food or drinks or when I burp I get a short sharp pain like in my heart.. I don't eat fast food.. I do drink alot of soda, I weigh 104 stupid scale says I have 41% body fat but I don't think it's right.. But anyways what could this be? People tell me it could be acid reflux..? Thanks!

Is this acid reflux? How do I get rid of it?
Man, I love spicy food. I mean I LOVE spicy food. It has never really bothered me - my diet is pretty "clean" and healthy, so I feel like I don't really have digestion or GI problems very often. I put spicy peppers in just about everything I make. Well, about a week ago I started having terrible stomach pains. It feels like burning, and it won't go away. It's like my stomach is constantly uncomfortable every day. It started about the time I made a bomb-a** pot of posole stew - I used a bunch of spicy peppers, plus a can of tomatoes with habanero peppers. So it could very well be that, but why is it taking so long to go away? I also haven't had any problems on the....ahem....other end, which is typical when I overdo the spicy food. But that is usually the next day and goes away. Also, it's pretty much just in my stomach. I don't have "acid" coming up my esophagus or anything like that. Other possible causes - I am a PhD student and under constant, soul-crushing stress. I think they debunked the theory that stress causes ulcers (didn't they?), but could that be what's wrong? Another thing I considered - my husband and I only eat local, hormone and additive-free meat from our local co-op. About a month ago his sister moved in with us, and I had to start buying regular supermarket meat in order to stay within our monthly food budget. Could that be messing up my stomach, since I'm used to the "clean" meat?
